This has been the most amazing experience of my life. I don't think there'll be a moment that matches this ever again. It was just sensational.

I am probably in the best shape I've ever been in but I haven't raced. I was so nervous at the start my hands were absolutely jumpy. I haven't run a 400 for seven months so I was just petrified.

I'm pretty close to that (a low 53sec) now, so I'm pretty confident.

I'm absolutely stoked. It was just a second below my PB (personal best) so in these conditions I couldn't have asked for more.

I'm ecstatic, it was quite an easy run. I finished that with no problem. I wasn't tired, I wasn't fatigued, I felt tall, open and strong and that is a great spot to be in this close to the Games.

This is just fantastic, nothing will ever beat this, it's the greatest day of my life.

They have won a gold medal, even if we get revenge by default.

I've just had a tight hamstring since Brisbane (last week). I didn't want to risk it, I'm in too good a shape to risk my Commonwealth Games this year. That's it really.

That is where all the talk should be done, nowhere else.

It's really helped me. I'm feeling strong again.
